The cottage occupies one of the most sought after locations in the village just below the castle on the road which leads along the beach and ends at the golf course. It's a home from home which is luxuriously furnished and equipped to a very high standard including full central heating and double glazing.

There is a block paved area to the back of the property (the original farmyard) from which a pedestrian gate gives access to a large grassed area known as 'The Green' which is also the cricket ground. It can be used for general recreation and is our extended garden! On the edge of 'The Green' nearest to the cottage is a children's play area and an all weather tennis court. The tennis court can be hired through 'The Victoria Hotel' in the village for a small charge.
